Translator Note:
What I am translating is mostly MTL, but I have taken liberties with the text. There are slight alterations in wording because it wasn’t possible for a direct translation to happen ie. the idioms/phrases used in Chinese did not correlate with English or I needed to add some things to enhance cohesion. I have also taken liberties with the punctuation as quite a few of the sentences would be considered run-on sentences/grammatically incorrect in English but are fine in Chinese. Despite these changes, the story IS NOT AFFECTED. I have ensured that the plot is NOT CHANGED IN ANY WAY and that this translation is AS CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL AS POSSIBLE. Please do not feel wary of the liberties I have taken as they are purely for the best reading experience possible–meaning that you won’t have to Google anything while reading or reread any sections many times to understand what the story is saying.

Also, although this translation is separate from the original by Neirith, I will be trying to maintain consistency with wording and names. I’ll put a note in for anything that might cause confusion.

Summary:

Film Emperor Ling Qing transmigrated and found himself on the receiving end of old dog blood scum abuse and must separate himself from the scum gong Yu Chen before he enters a cycle of pregnancy and miscarriage.

Ling Qing decided he must negotiate a divorce agreement.

Yu Chen was born a handsome wealthy man with countless men and women, and did not ask for marriage but married Ling Qing, who was useless except for his face.

“True love?” His friends ridiculed.

Yu Chen was disgusted, “What a joke. If I touch him then I must be a dog.”

Ling Qing was overjoyed. Great, it should be easy to divorce this way.

However, one day passed, two days passed, and Yu Chen was always unwilling to divorce.

A few months later, Ling Qing finished filming and returned home to hear, “Why do I think this actor looks at Ling Qing with the wrong eyes? F*ck, he’s not gonna like Ling Qing is he? This frog wants to eat swan meat but he’s not a match!”

Friend: “He’s not worthy, are you worthy?”

Yu Chen: “He’s my wife, we are a perfect match!”

Ling Qing: ??? That isn’t what you said at first?
